Dear all, on de day of CNY celebrations, i gave you 2 forms for your parents to sign. One is the edusave withdrawal form which you have to sign and drop it in de box near the general office by 12/2/08 (tomorow).
Another form involves de collection of money for printing costs ($20), art materials ($20) and NYAA Registration ($7), altogether is $47. PLEASE ASK YOUR PARENTS TO SIGN THE FORM, PASS ME THE FORM & THE MONEY BY TOMORROW DURING CME LESSON. Your parents can pay in the form of cash or cheque.
